Intermediate Sewing Summer Camp
Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:30pm
In this camp we will create a charm pack zipper quilt. We will strip piece our top, add an inner and outer border and then machine quilt our quilt sandwich: pieced top, batting and backing. We will also learn how to machine bind our quilt so that our project is complete by the camp’s end!
Supplies needed:
-Please bring a working sewing machine, a pair of scissors, curved safety pins, a seam ripper, and a few empty bobbins that work for your machine
-Bring a bag lunch and some snacks

1 yard solid fabric for sashing, cornerstones and inner border
¾ yard fabric for outer border
1 ¼ yards of 108” fabric for backing
40”x 38” of batting
½ yard binding fabric
