Beginner Quilting - Bountiful Wall Quilt
This class is for beginning quilters. Learn accurate rotary cutting skills, strip-
piecing, Snowball block construction, how to measure and add borders, how to
machine quilt with straight lines, how to construct and apply binding, and how to
make a hanging sleeve.
Kit Includes: 1 panel
Orange print – 1/3 yd.
Blue print – 2/3 yd.
Fall foliage theme print – 2/3 yd.
Additional Supplies Needed:
Sewing machine with walking foot
Scissors, pins, rotary cutter, mat, 24” long rotary cutting ruler, 6 1⁄2” square ruler
Backing fabric – 1 1/8 yds.
Batting – 40” x 40”
Roll of 1” masking or painter’s tape
Tan or light gray thread for piecing and quilting
